This antenna has a unique patented transmission pattern. It also includes GPS downlink. A “ground plane” is included that makes low power (5 watts) at a very specific frequency possible. This system has proven to be the most robust to uplink data to geosynchronous satellites. It is oblivious to weather conditions and resist bio-canopy obstructions.

This is microprocessor control and transmission part of the system. It will transmit data using Search and Rescue uplink and downlink. This will be digital secured burst that is undetectable and can not be modified by anyone except authorized users. ELT is the only authorized user that will be able to receive and decode the data.

BATTERY BACKUP
This is replaceable battery pack that supplies power if external power is not available. It has an exotic chemical structure that will allow for transmission up to 96 hours without external power. The power unit has a 5-year life span. Replacement will take less than 15 minutes.

Our system utilizes two dedicated 5-meter L-band satellite dishes to continuously monitor geosynchronous satellites for critical data. Automated data-mining technology analyzes incoming transmissions in real time, identifying and processing only those associated with the Flood Early Warning System. Every ELT alert code is individually unique, providing an additional layer of security; while transmissions may be visible to properly equipped third parties, the encrypted digital information is effectively meaningless without the proprietary decoding system. This architecture provides exceptional resistance to alteration or interference, helping ensure the integrity and reliability of every alert. The system currently processes up to 30,000 alerts per hour, with scalable architecture capable of expanding to approximately 1.1 million events per hour.
The system delivers critical alerts directly to the appropriate emergency responders the moment an affected sensor detects a threat. Each transmitter is uniquely identified, ensuring that sensitive information reaches only authorized personnel. End users can securely program customized notification protocols, including SMS, email, and other alerts, to fit their specific response requirements. Recipients are required to acknowledge each alert, providing confirmation that the message has been received and action can begin. If an alert is not acknowledged, the system automatically escalates notifications to additional designated personnel—helping ensure that critical warnings are never overlooked when seconds matter.
